He perceives photography as a playground for a wide variety of media and materials. Through fuzzy color cards, pasted poster sculptures, or dilettante lead glazing with photographic or photo-technical motifs, the photographic is playfully explored and put to the test again and again. The central question here is: how far can one go and still claim that it is photography? For all their translation and transformation, the works nevertheless always remain committed to the analog mode of operation.
