The artist, who weaves contemporary, historical, and political events \u2013 in this case, quite literally \u2013 together, depicts Russian President Vladimir Putin in four roles: as an apocalyptic rider, he brings death, hunger, disease, and war.<br \/>\n\u201cImmediately after its beginning, Passow designed the tapestry which, like the other works in the series, is composed of many photographs.
